Pink Grapefruit Margarita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 None organic limes, washed and dried
    1 tbsp sea salt
    500 ml pink grapefruit juice
    125 ml orange liqueur
    160 ml tequila
    165 g caster sugar
    2 None pink grapefruits, washed and dried
    None None crushed ice, to serve
Preparation
    Mix together the lime zest and sea salt and grind with a pestle and mortar. In a jug, mix together grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, tequila and sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Divide the sliced lime and grapefruit between 6-8 glass tumblers. Top with crushed ice then distribute the grapefruit and Tequila mixture between the glasses. Sprinkle with the lime zest and salt. Serve immediately.
