Caesar-Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lbs potatoes, chopped coarsely
2 tbsp butter
1 slice stale bread, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 sticks celery, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 cup cornichons, halved lengthways

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp milk
Preparation

Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain.
Meanwhile, for the dressing, whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until combined.
Melt butter in small skillet on low heat. Cook bread cubes, stirring, until lightly browned.
Combine potato, celery, cornichons and dressing in large bowl. Season to taste. Sprinkle with croutons.
