Grilled Bread Panzanella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
    1/2 cup Italian dressing, like Kraft Tuscan
    1 None orange, zested and juiced
    12 (1/4 inch thick slices) French bread
    2 tbsp garlic olive oil
    8 oz marinated mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
    1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, dressing, 1 tsp orange zest and 1/4 cup orange juice. Season.
    Preheat grill. Brush both sides of bread with oil. Grill for 2 mins, turning once, or until golden brown.
    Toss mozzarella and basil with tomato mixture. Arrange over grilled bread.
