Mini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    125 g crab meat, finely chopped
    1 None spring onion, finely sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)
    30 g walnut haves, ground
    2 tbsp linseeds, ground
    1/2-1 tbsp plain flour
    1 None medium egg yolk
    1 tbsp mayonnnaise
    1/2 slice lemon
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, spring onion, ground nuts and seeds, flour, egg yolk and mayonnaise. Season with a little salt then shape into 4 small, flat patties.
    Heat oil in a small non-stick pan and sear crab cakes, turning, for 5 mins. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Serve with sliced lemon.
