Turkey Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4.5 oz red pepper tapenade
    8 None flour tortillas
    8.75 oz aged cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
    14 oz roast turkey, thinly sliced
    3 cups baby spinach
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Spread red pepper tapenade over 4 tortillas. Top with 1/2 the cheese, turkey, spinach and remaining cheese. Season then top with remaining tortillas.
    Brush tortillas with oil and cook in a heated, oiled nonstick frying pan, until lightly browned and crisp.
