Tomato Pizza Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None potatoes
    1/3 cup tomato or barbecue sauce
    9 oz sliced salami, ham and/or crumbled sausage
    4 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
    3.5 oz red pepper, seeded, chopped
    3 oz grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Bake potatoes until cooked through, around 45 mins. Cut a cross halfway through each potato. Place on a foil-lined oven tray. Spread tomato sauce in each potato cavity. Top with meat, cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake for 5 mins, until cheese is melted and golden.
