Stir Fried Spring Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    10 oz baby carrots, scrubbed
    7 oz green beans, trimmed
    5 oz baby corn
    4 oz snow peas, trimmed
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok on medium heat. Add the carrots; stir-fry for 5 mins.
    Increase the heat to high. Add the green beans, baby corn, snow peas and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins until just tender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
