Tarragon And Mustard Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp whole grain mustard
    2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 (3.5 oz) steaks, thinly sliced
    2 None onions, thinly sliced
    1 None baguette, cut into 4 chunks, halved lengthwise
    None None mixed salad greens, to serve
Preparation
    Combine mustard, tarragon and garlic in a bowl. Transfer 1/2 to a shallow bowl, add steaks and turn to coat.
    Lightly oil a grill pan and place over high heat. Cook onions for 10 mins, stirring constantly, until soft and caramelized. Remove from pan. Add steaks and cook for 2 mins per side.
    Spread reserved mustard mixture over baguette and top with salad, steak and onions.
