Prawn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 None cooked extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
    11 oz papaya, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 None avocados, seeded, peeled and cubed
    2 oz watercress, washed
    7 oz snow pea sprouts
    1/2 None lime, juiced
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 None lime, peel finely grated and lime juiced
    1 None long red chili pepper, seeded and thinly diced
    None None Few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, papaya, avocado, watercress and snow pea shoots in a large bowl. Drizzle with lime juice. Season to taste.
    For the dressing, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lime peel and juice, 1/2 the chili pepper and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Arrange salad in serving dishes. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with remaining chili pepper.
