Ingredients

2 bananas, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter, slightly melted
1 cup rolled oats or 1 cup quick oats
1 cup oat flour (blend oats in a food processor or blender)
1 cup raisins, chopped
1/3 cup butter, melted or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
