Evergreen Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups white sugar
    8 cups water
    2 lime Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
    1 (46 ounce) can pineappple juice
    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
    2 (2 liter) bottles Sprite
    lime sherbet
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and stir until sugar and kool-aid is dissolved.
    Then add the pineapple juice, gingerale and sprite. Mix well.
    Add the sherbet lastly, and stir until foamy.
