Crock-Pot Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    6 chicken thighs, boneless skinnless
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    14 ounces diced tomatoes
    14 ounces marinara sauce
    13 ounces mushrooms
    1/4 cup green olives
    1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
    Thinly slice onion, place in the bottom of crockpot.
    Trim fat off chicken, sprinkle with garlic salt and layer on top of onions.
    In a separate bowl, combine rest of ingredients, pour over chicken.
    Cook on low for 6 hours.
    Serve over pasta.
