Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 pork tenderloin (1 lb each)
Preparation
    Combine first nine ingredients and rub over tenderloins.
    Place in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160\u00b0.
    Cover with foil and let sit 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
