Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, place all of the ingredients, and blend until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
