Oriental Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup green pepper, diced
    6 slices pineapple, diced and canned
    Paste
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    Finishing Sauce
    1/2 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
Preparation
    Mix together paste ingredients and set aside.
    Melt butter in a heavy pan.
    Add chicken broth, diced green pepper, and pineapple.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cornstarch paste and the finishing sauce ingredients.
    Simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
