Mushroom & Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g mushrooms (8oz)
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    4 shallots
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1/4 cup French dressing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms, seed red and green peppers, chop finely then chop shallots.
    Combine parsley, French dressing, salt and pepper, mix well, add vegetables and toss well.
