Low-Fat Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
    2 1/2 tablespoons flour
    salt
    pepper
    3/4 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    4 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Combine milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
