Moist Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
4 mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and cream with bananas until smooth.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients then slowly blend into wet.
Fold in chopped pecans.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
