Baked Apples With Raspberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    6 ounces raspberries
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 lemon, juice of
    1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove the cores from the apples and use a sharp knife to cut a slit through the skin around the middle. Place in an ovenproof dish.
    Fill the hollows with raspberries, adding the rest around in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon juice and lemon and drizzle with honey.
    Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
