Strawberry Amaretto Alexander - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 cup half-and-half
1 pint strawberry, washed and hulled
8 ice cubes

Preparation

Place Amaretto, cream, berries and ice cubes in a blender.
Whir until berries and ice are pureed.
Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
