Macaroni And Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
    3/4 cup cooked red kidney beans
    1/3 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a big bowl, toss together the macaroni, beans, celery, and parsley.
    In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients; pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
    *May add 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell peppers.
