Darn Good Pumpkin Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package spice cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Preparation

HEAT oven to 350\u00b0F.
BEAT first 7 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 32 to 35 minute or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting if desired.
