Easy Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 cups half-and-half (or milk)
    1 teaspoon butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 baked pie crust
    4 ounces whipping cream
    1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
    In med heavy saucepan, combine flour, sugar, yolks and half and half.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Place half the bananas in bottom of baked pie crust.
    Pour half the filling over bananas.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover with wax paper and chill.
    Whip the cream on high until stiff.
    Beat in the sugar.
    Pile on top of pie.
