1/2 cup sugar
1 cup apricot
3 egg whites
1/4 cup nonfat milk
3 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Preheat Oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake for 30 to 25 minutes in 11x7 baking tin.
