Ingredients

1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
3 -4 tablespoons lavender fresh edible flowers
Preparation

Stir 1/3 cup hot water into 1/4 cup sugar. Heat until dissolved.
Strain petals.
Cool quickly with 1/2 cup ice cubes.
When dissolved sprinkle over each cake layer before spreading on the filling.
