Hamburger Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup uncooked rice
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) soup can water
    4 teaspoons soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and celery. Drain off excess fat. Put the rice, soups, mixed vegetables, water, soy sauce, salt, pepper and meat into a 2 quart casserole. Bake for 1-1/2 hours at 325.
