Garlic Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup fat-skimmed chicken broth
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaf
3 cloves garlic, peeled
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Heat broth to boiling.
Combine ingredients in blender or foodprocessor; process until basil and garlic are minced.
(Or by hand,use a mortar and pestle: Mash basil and garlic together, then mixwith remaining ingredients.).
