Beef Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained or 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
    1 cup long grain rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Add broth and cook for 5 minutes.
    Put rice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Pour broth mixture over rice.
    Cover and bake 45-60 minutes.
