Rapid Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

eye of round roast
garlic salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 degrees Season Eye of Round with pepper and garlic salt.
Place in roasting pan Cook as follows depending on doneness desired: 3 minutes per pound for rare; 4 minutes per pound for medium; 5 minutes per pound for well done Turn oven off, but leave the roast inside for 2 hours.
Roast will cook as oven cools.
Serve as main dish or slice and serve on crusty sandwich rolls with cheese and au juice from the bottom of the roasting pan for dipping.
