Blue Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 1/2 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained and rinsed or 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
    3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
    3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/4 cup finely chopped celery
    2 tablespoons finely chopped white onions
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1 pinch salt
    ground black pepper
    6 slices sourdough bread or 6 slices dark rye sandwich bread, toasted
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir to mix.
    Spread on toasted bread.
