Country House Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut, flaked
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Combine butter, sugar, egg, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour (batter will be quite thick).
Fold in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts one at a time.
Spread batter into a greased 9-inch brownie pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
