Herbed Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup semolina
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3/4 cup hulled sunflower seeds
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon dried sage
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In a big bowl, mix together the flours, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    Add in the beer and oil; stir until batter is evenly moistened.
    Stir in sunflower seeds and herbs; pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes, until a pick comes out clean.
    Remove pan from oven and cool for 15 minutes on a rack; run a dull knife around the edge of the bread and turn it out of the pan to finish cooking.
