Hawaiian Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 loaf Hawaiian bread
    2 (16 ounce) cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
    3/4 cup butter
    6 egg yolks
    8 ounces coconut (frozen)
    3 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, sugar and butter together.
    Add milk slowly. Add bread, coconut, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Use baking pan (greased) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
