Steak Rub Spice Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.
Rub well on both sides of meat.
Cook meat as desired.
