Rhubarb Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, lightly toasted, cut into 1/2 \" cubes
    1 1/2 cups milk
    4 tablespoons butter
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 cups rhubarb, chopped
    1/2 cup raw sugar (or brown sugar)
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Put bread cubes in a greased 2 quart casserole.
    Melt butter with milk in a saucepan.
    Pour over bread and let sit 15 minutes.
    Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Stir into bread mixture.
    Top with raw sugar and pecans.
    Bake at 350 55-60 minutes until set.
    Serve warm.
