Pasta Shells With A Tomato And Salami Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (400 g) can diced tomatoes
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    100 g salami, thinly sliced
    350 g pasta shells
    2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Cook onion and garlic in hot pan, add tomatoes, paste and salami. Simmer for 5 minutes
    Mix together Pasta and sauce and serve in indiviual bowls, top with parsley and parmesan.
