Creamy Cucumber-Avocado Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 English cucumber
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup Baby Spinach
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 green onions
1 fresh lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Puree all ingredients with 3/4 cup water in a food processor until smooth.
