Garlic Confit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 heads garlic, separated and peeled
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    1 dried red chilies or 10 peppercorns
    1 1/2 cups olive oil
Preparation
    in a small saucepan heat all ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
    remove from heat, cool.
    store refrigerated in container with tight lid.
