Apple-" Jack " Pork Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups apple cider (or unsweetened apple juice)
    1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon mustard powder
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon molasses
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
    Place meat in zip-loc type plastic bag and our marinade over.
    Seal bag and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
    Remove meat and cook as desired, using reserved marinade as noted above.
