Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/2 tablespoon shallot, finely minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup champagne vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mustard, shallots, and salt.
    Slowly whisk in the vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil until the mixture is emulsified.
    Stir in the basil, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
