Missy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1/2 cup butter (softened)
    1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
    salt and black pepper
    3/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish Top with cracker crumbs Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
