Texas Beef Steak Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons granulated garlic
4 tablespoons kosher salt
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a bowl. Store in cool dry place. Rub on Beef Steak.
