Gluten-Free Oat Flour Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups rolled oats
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk (any kind)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon oil (any kind)
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice with milk and let sit until curdled (a few minutes).
    Put oats in a blender or food processor and run until they are turned to flour.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Follow waffle maker directions.
