Wisconsin Asiago Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
cayenne pepper, to taste
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup asiago cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup pecorino pepato cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F In a small saucepan, combine butter, oil, salt, cayenne pepper and water; bring to a boil. Add flour all at once; stir until mixture forms a smooth ball.
Cook over low heat, until mixture is drier, but still smooth; place in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time; stir in cheeses.
Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and firm. Serve immediately.
