Cinco De Mango Salsa Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced (can sub frozen, thawed)
    1 medium jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced
    2/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1/3 cup red onion, diced
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Chill until ready to serve.
