Vegetarian Philly Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 portabella mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 -4 slices provolone cheese
    2 hoagie rolls
Preparation
    Slice veggies.
    Heat oil over medium heat.
    Saute onions and peppers for 5 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mushrooms.
    Add worcestershire sauce.
    Let ingredients cook together for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and let melt.
    Place ingredient into the hoagies.
    Enjoy!
