Funky Monkey Protein Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 frozen sliced banana (start off with maybe 1/4th to make sure you don't dump)
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    2 tablespoons low-carb peanut butter
    1/2 cup crushed ice or 2 -3 ice cubes
    8 8 ounces Hood carb countdown milk or 8 ounces soymilk
Preparation
    Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds.
