Ham And Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (2 ounce) jar drained and diced pimentos
2 carrots (peeled and grated)
1/3 cup diced onion
1 cup cooked ham (diced)
Preparation

In a medium-sized bowl, make dressing by mixing together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
Longer chill time is better so the flavors can blend.
