Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup sliced green onion
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 2 qt casserole. Cover. Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes or until meat loses pink color, stirring halfway through cooking time. Do not drain.
    Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream; mix well. Cover. Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Stir after 3 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream. Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir once.
