Bean Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup green onion
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 (15 1/2 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Spray pie plate with cooking spray.
    Mix flour, 1/2 cup cheese, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
    Stir in milk and egg until blended.
    Spread over bottom and up side of pie plate.
    Mix remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon into pie plate and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake uncovered about 25 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
